Know About Ayurveda
Ayurveda, an ancient system of natural healing, originated in India over 5,000 years ago and is rooted in the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. It focuses on promoting good health through natural therapies and lifestyle changes, rather than treating diseases alone. Ayurveda identifies three life energies, or "doshas"—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—which govern an individual's physical and mental constitution.
Ayurvedic medicine emphasizes the use of natural herbs like turmeric, ashwagandha, and tulsi, along with holistic practices such as oil massages (Abhyanga) and detoxification therapies (Panchakarma). Ayurveda is also preventative in nature, encouraging a lifestyle that aligns with nature's cycles to enhance longevity and vitality, making it a timeless and integrative system of healthcare.
